Oh no, we are so sorry to hear that! We can resend items or offer E-Gift Cards for broken items if they were broken during transit. If the item was broken during use or regular wear and tear, we do not offer any warranty on our items.

No, unfortunately we do not accept cancellations. As soon as the order is placed, it is sent to our fulfillment team to get it ready for dispatch. You can however return the items according to to our Return & Exchange Policy (read below).
As soon as we get the order, we start working on it right away! Depending on the volume our fulfillment team has at the moment, the time varies between 2-6 Business Days (Excluding Weekends) to ship your order!
90% of the time a tracking number will be given* - as soon as we ship the items you will receive an email letting you know your order is on its way. On the odd occasion we might ship the item without a tracking number in order to accommodate a free shipping promotion or sales event.
*T-Shirts, Dad Hats, Pins, & iPhone Cases will always ship with a tracking number as they are bulkier & of higher value.
Almost all of the time, we will use USPS First Class Mail for delivery of our items. On some occasions we will use DHL or FedEx to deliver, but it mostly depends on where the item is being shipped to within the US.
Ugh that's the worst! We really hate when that happens, and we need to make it right! Within 2 days of delivery, please send us an email email@example.com or text us (858)-433-6098 with a picture showing your damaged items along with your name and order #. We will respond within 24 hours.
Yes of course! We never like to hear that you didn't like the item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or text us (858)-433-6098 to start the return process. Please include your name, and order number in the email so we can verify the order. You will receive an email letting you know where to return your items, and once we have received the items back we will inspect them to make sure they are unused, and still in the original packaging. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of an Ivory Parke E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire!
We always want to make sure every order that we send out is perfect! Please thoroughly review your order, and make sure nothing is hidden or behind another item. Once you are sure, please email email@example.com about this and include a picture in your email of the order, and also include your name and order number.
If something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery otherwise we cannot offer refunds / replacements.
All orders returned to use due to an invalid address will be restocked, and you will receive an Ivory Parke E-Gift Card minus the original shipping charge. We are unable to reship the item as your order is processed by our return department. You can reorder the item whenever you want to the corrected address with the E-Gift Card
